One-time payment
Founding Bronze ($49), Silver ($199), Gold ($999), Platinum ($9,999), and Titan ($25,000–$50,000+ / $25,000+ one-time) are one-time USD payments via Stripe Checkout — not subscriptions. They do not purchase a managed-services retainer (see Centora Services).
Titan checkout: (1) presets $25k / $30k / $35k / $40k / $45k / $50k, or (2) $50,000+ CUSTOM — enter any whole-dollar amount at or above $50,000 (e.g. $55k, $75k, $100k+). $50,000 is not a hard maximum on contribution. Lifetime discount still caps at 30% for amounts ≥ $50,000.
Lifetime discount (definition)
A founding lifetime discount is a permanent percentage off eligible Centora products and services only, subject to Centora’s terms. It does not cover third-party costs, and it is not unlimited AI, services, labor, or credits. Credit quantities are Coming soon / as announced — not promised at checkout.
- Bronze $49 — no lifetime discount
- Silver $199 — no lifetime discount (+ minimal extra credits as announced / Coming soon)
- Gold $999 — 10% lifetime discount
- Platinum $9,999 — 20% lifetime discount
- Titan $25,000+ — 20–30% lifetime discount scaled by contribution ($25k→20%, $30k→22%, $35k→24%, $40k→26%, $45k→28%, $50k+→30%). Custom amounts above $50k stay at 30%. Not all Titans receive 30%.
Discount level and contribution amount are stored permanently from the verified Stripe amount_total after checkout. Cap: 10,000 paid founding statuses. Numbers are assigned only after successful payment.
Eligibility
You must be 18+, able to form a binding contract, and provide accurate contact details. Waitlist and Founding require age confirmation and (for email updates) explicit email consent.
Ownership / equity (not granted by Titan)
Purchasing Titan (or any Founding tier) does not promise, grant, or convey equity, securities, ownership, or investment rights. Titan is a founding membership purchase only (contribution + lifetime discount ladder). If Centora ever offers a separate equity process in the future, that would be optional, separately documented under applicable law, and is not part of this checkout — with no promise of selection. Counsel must finalize any equity-related materials before any such outreach.
Refunds (pending final policy)
Until a counsel-reviewed refund policy is published, refund requests are handled case-by-case under these founding terms. Email Centora.biz@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt / founder number. As a working guideline (not a guarantee): requests within about 14 days of payment are more likely to be considered; after meaningful access or benefits are delivered, refunds may be limited or declined. Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
