This Privacy Policy explains how Centora ("we", "us") handles information when you visit centora.biz, join the waitlist, purchase a Founding membership, book a strategy call, or otherwise contact us. It is written in plain English. It is not legal advice. Last updated: September 29, 2026.

What we collect

Waitlist: first and last name, email, phone, optional build intent / business details, email marketing consent, optional SMS consent, and confirmation that you are 18+. We may also store UTM / referral parameters and a landing-source label.
Founding membership: the same contact fields as waitlist, plus tier, contribution amount, lifetime discount level, founder number (after payment), Stripe customer / Checkout session identifiers, and membership status in our contacts table (Supabase when enabled).
Stripe Checkout: name, email, phone, and payment status as provided through Stripe. Card and bank details are processed by Stripe — we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Booking details (Centora Services): name, work email, company, website (optional), monthly budget, phone, growth goals, preferred call time, and confirmation that you are 18 or older.
Technical basics needed to run the site and prevent abuse (for example IP address and user agent on form posts, and in-memory rate-limit counters).

How we use it

To run the waitlist and send launch / product updates you consented to.
To fulfill Founding memberships (payment confirmation, founder records, related transactional email).
To schedule strategy calls and send confirmation or cancellation emails (and calendar invites).
To notify our team about waitlist join, founding payment, bookings, new customers, and payment events via business notification email and optional SMS (configured through environment variables such as NOTIFY_EMAILS / NOTIFY_SMS_TO — typically Centora business inboxes and an ops phone gateway).
To create and send invoices or subscriptions via Stripe after a sales conversation.
To secure the service (spam traps, rate limits) and improve reliability.

Marketing consent and unsubscribe

Waitlist and founding email updates require an explicit unchecked-by-default consent checkbox. SMS is optional and separate. You can unsubscribe from marketing-style messages anytime by emailing Centora.biz@gmail.com with subject "Unsubscribe", or using the unsubscribe link in those emails. Transactional messages (e.g. booking confirmations, founding payment receipts) may still be sent when needed to fulfill a request or membership.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use session-replay products (no PostHog session replay, FullStory, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Sentry Session Replay, or LogRocket) on this site by default.
We do not load third-party advertising trackers on the /services launch page as of this writing.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate: email delivery (Gmail SMTP for notifications), optional SMS via carrier email-to-SMS gateways, hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase when enabled), and payments (Stripe). They process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Retention

Waitlist, founding membership, booking, and event records are kept as long as needed to run the business relationship, meet legal or accounting obligations, or resolve disputes. You can ask us to review or delete contact/booking data that is not required for ongoing contracts, paid memberships, or compliance.
